Many Factors could alter the Growth and the Development of the Orofacial structures in addition to the genetic origin of the individual. The Orthodontic
Science showed that most of the etiological factors  change and alter  the normal environment of the surrounding  structure  of oral  cavity resulted to the abnormal out come of the growth and the development of this vital area ,so the need of  good case history ,clinical examination in regarding to the normal oral physiology and function, required diagnostic records include study models with XRays and photographs initially might help to restore the abnormal function and the final out come will be to the interest of patients normal growth and the development. In this workshop the following items will be investigated to establish complete understanding of their origin and the way to deal with them for normal activity in both open bite and deep bite tendencies. In this workshop, the advantages and the disadvantages of starting the early interceptive treatment by considering patients compliance will be presented.
